Abstract:
[Problem] To easily evaluate physical exercise. [Solution] Provided is a guidance support system which supports, by a supporter, guidance given to a user who performs physical exercise, and comprises: a reference value storage unit which stores a reference value related to the position of at least one part of a body or a portion of a tool; a part and portion specifying unit which specifies the part or the portion by analyzing an image of the user's physical exercise; an evaluation unit which determines an evaluation value of the physical exercise by comparing the position of the part or the portion in the image with the reference value; and a supporter terminal having an imaging function for capturing an image of the user's physical exercise and a display function for displaying the evaluation value.
