Abstract:
Hard wear-resistant polished glazed ceramic tile and preparation method therefor The preparation method comprises the following steps: step (1), pressing powder to form a green body and then drying to form a green tile; step (2), applying ground coat enamel on a surface of the green tile; step (3), ink-jet printing a pattern on the green tile surface having the ground coat enamel, and applying isolation enamel; step (4), applying a polished glazed finish on the green tile surface having the isolation enamel; step (5), drying, firing, and polishing the green tile having the polished glazed finish, thereby acquiring a hard wear-resistant polished glazed ceramic tile, wherein the phase composition of the polished glazed finish comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of corundum, 20-30% of hyalophane, 0.5-1% of hematite, and 50-68% of amorphous phase. The adjusted formula of the polished glazed finish and the enamel application method improves wear-resistance of the polished glazed finish.
