Abstract:
Disclosed is a quantum dot material, comprising quantum dot particles and first ligands that are bound to the surfaces of the quantum dot particles, the first ligands being MOF monomers, and the MOF monomers at least containing three first active groups capable of binding to quantum dot particles. The quantum dot material can reduce charge accumulation at the interface between a quantum dot light-emitting layer and an electron transport layer, thereby solving the problem of charge imbalance in a device due to the hole mobility being far lower than the electron mobility, and finally increasing the service life and the light-emitting efficiency of a quantum dot light-emitting device.
