The present application relates to the technical field of video processing. Provided are an HDR video conversion method and apparatus, and a device and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: performing frame extraction processing on an SDR video to be processed, so as to obtain M SDR video frames included in the SDR video; converting the M SDR video frames into M HDR video frames by using a trained HDR video conversion model, wherein the t-th HDR video frame from among the M HDR video frames is converted from K SDR video frames of the SDR video that include the t-th SDR video frame, 0 < t ≤ M, and t, K and M are all positive integers; and performing frame combination processing on the M HDR video frames, so as to obtain an HDR video corresponding to the SDR video. By means of the present application, information between SDR video frames is reserved as much as possible during the conversion of the SDR video frames, thereby preventing the loss of information during the conversion of the SDR video frames, and improving the conversion quality of an HDR video.
