Abstract:
An automatic cleaning system for vial stoppers. A rotary drum (3) and a mesh drum (4) are arranged on a support (1), a driving electric motor (9) drives the rotary drum (3) to rotate so as to drive a spiral pushing roller (5) in the mesh drum (4) to rotate, and the spiral pushing roller (5) drives a spiral pushing blade (7) to press stoppers into a cleaning solution, such that the stoppers are immersed while being moved forwards in the mesh drum (4), so as to enable the stoppers to be completely soaked in the cleaning solution, thereby effectively increasing the contact area between the stoppers and the cleaning solution, and thus greatly improving the cleaning effect for the stoppers. In addition, by means of the arrangement of a spinning mesh (6), water on the stoppers is removed in a spinning manner during the rotation of the mesh drum (4) by means of transmission connection between a second annular gear (83) and the spiral pushing roller (5); and by means of the combination of a vent tube (91) and a stirring tube (92), air is blown at the stoppers so as to accelerate the removal of water from the stoppers, thereby greatly reducing the water content of the stoppers after the stoppers are cleaned.
