Disclosed is a head-mounted augmented reality glass system, comprising a central processing unit, an image acquisition module, a projection display module, a voice acquisition module and a power module. An implementation method for the head-mounted augmented reality glass system, comprising: acquiring an image message and a voice message; identifying the voice message and extracting voiceprint; denoising and amplifying the voice message, judging the distance and type of the voice message and performing classification thereto; matching the voice message with the image message, and performing motion identification and tracking to the matched image message; and finally performing augmentation processing to the final image message for projection display. The described system has such functions as object identification, voice identification, reality augmentation, real-time positioning and the like, which can improve the user experience of hearing impaired patients and augment the sense organ of the user.
