Abstract:
A heat-conducting gel and a preparation method therefor. The components of the heat-conducting gel include a metal hybrid heat-conducting filler, and the metal hybrid heat-conducting filler is a metal filler with a nano metal filler loaded on the surface thereof. The metal hybrid heat-conducting filler can reduce the interface thermal resistance between the metal heat-conducting fillers, so that the heat-conducting gel has a high heat-conducting coefficient.
