Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a heat conductive sheet having good handleability when attached between a heat-generating element and a heat-radiating element, and having flexibility that makes it possible to suppress distortion of a heat-generating element and a heat-radiating element during use. A heat conductive sheet includes: a matrix made of a cured product of an organopolysiloxane; and a heat conductive filler containing an anisotropic filler whose major axis is oriented in the thickness direction, wherein a load characteristic P in equation (1) is 0.1-0.7. Equation (1): Load characteristic P = (F30-F20)/F10 (In equation (1), F10 is the load when a heat conductive sheet is compressed at 10%, F20 is the load when a heat conductive sheet is compressed at 20%, and F30 is the load when a heat conductive sheet is compressed at 30%.)
