Abstract:
This heat exchange type ventilation device is provided with: a casing; a supply air path; a discharge air path; a heat exchange element that exchanges heat between air passing through the supply air path and air passing through the discharge air path; a bypass air path for connecting an upstream opening formed in a first wall surface constituting the inner wall of one of the air paths at a point upstream of the heat exchange element and a downstream opening formed in the inner wall of one of the air paths at a point downstream of the heat exchange element; an extension part (44) that extends from a second wall surface (41a) constituting the inner wall of one of the air paths; and a cylindrical part (45) provided to the extension part (44) at a position apart from the second wall surface (41a). The heat exchange type ventilation device is provided with: a shaft (35b) which has one end (39) inserted into the cylindrical part (45) and the other end (40) extending toward the second wall surface (41a); and a plate (35a) formed integrally with the shaft (35b). The plate (35a) moves between a position resulting in the upstream opening to be blocked and a position resulting in the upstream side opening to be open.
