Abstract:
Provided are: a heat exchanger that improves the strength of a corrugated fin, thereby improving draining properties of condensed water; an air conditioner; and a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger. A heat exchanger according to the present disclosure comprises: a plurality of flat heat transfer tubes (1) in which a flow path through which a refrigerant flows is formed and a cross section perpendicular to a direction of the flow path is a flat surface, and which are arranged to face each other and to be spaced apart from each other on a surface (1a) along a longitudinal direction of the flat surface; and a corrugated fin (2A) that is disposed between the flat heat transfer tubes (1) and has a protrusion part (21) that is a part protruding from one end (1b) of the flat heat transfer tubes (1) in a longitudinal direction, wherein the protrusion part (21) has a folded-back portion 23 formed by folding back the end protruding in the longitudinal direction to one surface side of the corrugated fin (2A), and a length L1 by which the protrusion portion (21) protrudes from the end (1b) of the flat heat transfer tube (1) and a length L2 by which the folded back portion 23 is folded back, in the longitudinal direction, satisfy a relationship of L2/L1<1.
