Abstract:
An outdoor heat exchanger (11) comprises a first heat exchange module (21a) and a second heat exchange module (21b), each of which is a heat exchange module (21) including a plurality of heat-transfer pipes (23) that are retained by fixing coupling members (25). The fixing coupling members (25) each have: a retainer plate portion (27a) that retains one end side of the heat-transfer pipes (23); and a pair of lateral-plate portions (29a) that are disposed so as to extend toward a side opposite to where the corresponding heat-transfer pipes (23) are positioned. The pair of lateral-plate portions (29a) of each of the fixing coupling members (25) of the first heat exchange module (21a) are joined to the pair of lateral-plate portions (29a) of the corresponding fixing coupling member (25) of the second heat exchange module (21b). The heat-transfer pipes (23) of the first heat exchange module (21a) and the heat-transfer pipes (23) of the second heat exchange module (21b) are connected to each other within a space enclosed by the fixing coupling members (25) of the first heat exchange module (21a) and the fixing coupling members (25) of the second heat exchange module (21b).
