Abstract:
Provided is a heat exchanger, comprising flat tubes and fins. The flat tubes each comprise a first tube section, a bent tube section and a second tube section connected in sequence. The plurality of flat tubes are arranged in an array. The direction of extension of the fins is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the flat tubes, and the fins are connected to at least a portion of the bent tube sections among the multiple bent tube sections and cover at least a part of the structure of each bent tube section. Because the fins are arranged at the positions of the bent tube sections, in areas where the bent tube sections are arranged, the fins shield the gaps between the bent tube sections, preventing air leakage in the gaps, and enhancing the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger. The fins can protect the bent tube sections, reducing corrosion or damage to same, thereby improving the durability of the heat exchanger. Moreover, the direction of extension of the fins is perpendicular to the direction of extension of the flat tubes, allowing the fins to shield the gaps between the bent tube sections, improving the air shielding effect.
