Abstract:
This heat insulation structure comprises: a heat insulating block (105) including a block (111) made of an inorganic fiber heat insulating material and a support metal fitting (112) fixed to the block (111); and a blanket (107) made of inorganic fibers. The support metal fitting (112) is provided to a part protruding from one surface of the block (111), and includes a first latch part (116) to be latched to a mounting metal fitting (109) provided to a furnace wall steel shell (103). The blanket (107) is disposed in a state of being compressed between the furnace wall steel shell (103) and one surface of the block (111).
