Abstract:
A heat pump device (40) that collects heat from both outside air and other heat sources, wherein a control device (30) calculates heat exchange amounts, using the heat exchange performance of both an air heat source heat exchanger (5a) and an underground heat source heat exchanger (5b) in addition to outside air temperature and underground temperature. The control device (30) also selects the heat source having the greater calculated heat exchange amount, as the heat source for when switching between simultaneous operation in which coolant flows to both the air heat source heat exchanger (5a) and the underground heat source heat exchanger (5b) and independent operation in which either the air heat source heat exchanger (5a) or the underground heat source heat exchanger (5b) is selected and coolant flows thereto. As a result, the appropriate heat source matching operation conditions can be selected.
