Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat-sensitive recording body that has, on a support, a lower coating layer containing hollow particles, an adhesive, and an inorganic pigment I, and a heat-sensitive recording layer containing a leuco dye, a developing agent, and an inorganic pigment II, in the state order, and that is characterized in that an N,N'-diarylurea-based compound represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, R2 represents an alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, an aralkyl group having 7-12 carbon atoms, or an aryl group having 6-12 carbon atoms, but the aralkyl group and the aryl group are each optionally substituted with an alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group having 1-12 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 6-12 carbon atoms, or a halogen atom, and each R2 may be the same or different from each other, A1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms, but each A1 may be the same or different from each other) as the developing agent, and a pigment having an oil absorption amount of 130 ml/100g or less is contained as the inorganic pigment II.
