Abstract:
The present invention provides an environment for a nap suitable for a subject. A nap environment decision system (1) is a system for deciding an environmental condition for a nap, and comprises a pre-nap information acquisition unit and a determination unit. The pre-nap information acquisition unit acquires, before the subject takes a nap, pre-nap information about the subject who is to take a nap. The determination unit determines an environmental condition for adjusting the depth of sleep on the basis of the pre-nap information.
