The present invention relates to the technical field of heat exchange, and in particular, provides a heat-source tower heat exchange system and a defrosting control method therefor. The present invention aims at solving the problem of a defrosting method of an existing heat-source tower is not good. For this purpose, the heat-source tower heat exchange system in the present invention comprises a heat-source tower, a heat exchange branch, a heat-source tower heat pump main engine, a defrosting branch, and a heating branch. The heat-source tower can be connected to two ends of the heat exchange branch; a heat exchange circuit is provided in the heat-source tower heat pump main engine, and the heat exchange branch can exchange heat with the heat exchange circuit, so that the heat-source tower can exchange heat with the heat exchange circuit by means of the heat exchange branch. The heat-source tower can further be connected to two ends of the defrosting branch, and the defrosting branch can exchange heat with the heating branch. When a defrosting mode runs in the heat-source tower heat exchange system, the heating branch heats a refrigerant in the defrosting branch, so that the temperature of the refrigerant in the heat-source tower increases, and the temperature of the overall heat-source tower can be quickly and effectively increased, thereby quickly, comprehensively and effectively relieving a frosting phenomenon of the heat source tower for a long term.
