Abstract:
A modified-atmosphere freshness preservation method for fresh Cordyceps sinensis. The method comprises: hermetically packaging clean fresh Cordyceps sinensis with a modified-atmosphere packaging material to obtain a packaged product, wherein the packaged product is filled with 50-100 vol% of oxygen, 0-40 vol% of carbon dioxide and 0-50 vol% of nitrogen; and the packaged product is suitable for freshness preservation in conditions of 0-10 degrees centigrade. A fresh Cordyceps sinensis product obtained using the freshness preservation method for fresh Cordyceps sinensis is further involved. The fresh Cordyceps sinensis product obtained using the method has a long preservation period and a good mouthfeel, and is suitable for being transported for long periods of time.
