A heating unit assembly (100), a preparation method, and a low-temperature smoking set. The heating unit assembly (100) comprises a heating unit (10) and temperature measurement element (20). The heating unit (10) has an inner surface forming a heating cavity and an outer surface (11) surrounding the inner surface; the temperature measurement element (20) is fixed on the outer surface (11), and a sintered layer is provided between the temperature measurement element (20) and the outer surface (11). The heating unit (10) and the temperature measurement element (20) are tightly integrated without play by means of the sintered layer; and stable properties of the sintered layer keep a fixation position of the temperature measurement element (20) relative to the heating unit (10) stable. Due to the integration of the tempeature measurement element (20) and the heating unit (10), the two can be synchronously assembled in the low-temperature smoking se. When a cigarette is inserted into the heating cavity of the heating unit (10) for heating, the temperature measurement element (20) which is relatively stable and tightly fixed with the heating unit (10) can accurately measure the heating temperature of the heating unit (10) for the cigarette.
