Abstract:
A heavy-duty uncoiling machine reel having a large expanding/contracting diameter, comprising a main shaft (1), an arch-shaped plate (2), a sliding block (3), and a pull rod (4). The pull rod (4) is located in a central hole of the main shaft (1). An expanding/contracting cylinder (5) is provided on the left end of the main shaft (1), and is connected to the left end of the pull rod (4). Axially arranged dovetail grooves are uniformly distributed on the radial outer surface of the main shaft (1). The inner end of the sliding block (3) is slidably connected to the dovetail grooves. The right end of the sliding block (3) is connected to a connecting plate (6) sleeved on the pull rod (4). A fastening nut (7) connected to the pull rod (4) is provided on the right side of the connecting plate (6). Several inclined wedges (8) are provided on the outer end of the sliding block (3). The arch-shaped plate (2) covers the inclined wedges (8). Inclined wedge recesses (9) matching the inclined wedges (8) are provided on the inner surface of the arch-shaped plate (2). Inclined dovetail grooves are provided on the inner end of the inclined wedge recesses (9). The outer ends of the inclined wedges (8) are slidably connected to the inclined dovetail grooves. A disc sliding seat (10) fixedly connected to the main shaft (1) is provided on the left end of the arch-shaped plate (2). A radial guide recess is provided on the outer surface of the disc sliding seat (10). A guide block (11) matching the guide recess is provided on the left end of the arch-shaped plate (2). The uncoiling machine reel is simple in structure, has a large bearing capacity, can freely expand and contract the diameter of the reel, meets different reel requirements, and reduces the labor intensity of operators.
