Abstract:
Disclosed is a new coiling machine mandrel. The coiling machine mandrel comprises a mandrel shaft (1), wherein three wedge-shaped blocks I (2) are uniformly arranged in a radial direction of the mandrel shaft (1); wedge-shaped blocks II (3) matching the wedge-shaped blocks I (2) are arranged above same; a pull rod (4) is arranged at the center of the mandrel shaft (1); one end of the pull rod (4) is connected to a connection plate (5); the connection plate (5) is connected to the wedge-shaped block I (2); a fan-shaped plate (6) is arranged between adjacent wedge-shaped blocks II (3); one fan-shaped plate (6) is a jaw fan-shaped plate (7); a jaw is arranged on an upper end surface of the jaw fan-shaped plate (7); two sides of the jaw fan-shaped plate (7) and the fan-shaped plate (6) are movably connected to the mandrel shaft (1) by means of a bolt (8); a pressure spring (9) is arranged between the bolt (8) and the fan-shaped plate (6); the jaw is provided with a jaw plate I (10) fixedly connected to the jaw fan-shaped plate (7); a wedge-shaped block III (12) is arranged in the jaw; a wedge-shaped block IV (13) matching the wedge-shaped block III (12) is arranged below the wedge-shaped block III (12); the wedge-shaped block IV (13) is connected to the connection plate (5); a jaw plate II (14) matching the jaw plate I (10) is arranged at the upper end of the wedge-shaped block III (12); and a jaw pressing strip (15) is arranged on the jaw plate II (14). The mandrel can bend a high-strength plate, reduces the rebound amount, is convenient for roll taking-down, and has a strong clamping force.
