Abstract:
A high-adaptability interventional catheter, comprising a catheter structure (100), a balloon (200), an annular electrode (300), a wire (400), and a laser optical fiber (500). The catheter structure (100) is provided with a liquid input channel, a wire leading-in channel, and an optical fiber placement channel; the balloon (200) is connected to one end of the catheter structure (100) in a sealed and sleeved mode; the balloon (200) is communicated with the liquid input channel and the wire leading-in channel; the annular electrode (300) is sleeved on the catheter structure (100) and wrapped by the balloon (200); the wire (400) is provided in the wire leading-in channel in a penetrating mode and electrically connected to the annular electrode (300); and the laser optical fiber (500) is provided in the optical fiber placement channel and is exposed from the end, provided with the balloon (200), of the catheter structure (100). When the high-adaptability interventional catheter passes through a blood vessel, obstacles can be cleared away for smooth passing of the balloon (200) on the basis of the arrangement and function of the laser optical fiber (500), and the passing action would not be affected even in the face of serious calcified tissue, so that the high-adaptability interventional catheter has an ultrahigh blood vessel passing capability and is high in applicability.
