Abstract:
Disclosed is an high-efficiency mixing device for processing a color masterbatch, belonging to the technical field of color masterbatch processing machinery. The high-efficiency mixing device for processing a color masterbatch, comprising a stirring box, wherein a first electric motor is fixedly connected to the top of the stirring box; an output end of the first electric motor is fixedly connected to a drive shaft; the drive shaft is fixedly connected to a first gear, a stirring rod, a first turbine blade and a second turbine blade in sequence from top to bottom; a drying oven is fixedly connected to the bottom of the stirring box; a conveying cylinder is fixedly connected in the drying oven; the second turbine blade is rotationally connected in the conveying cylinder; a second electric motor is fixedly connected in a mounting box; an output end of the second electric motor is fixedly connected to a connecting shaft; a blade is fixedly connected to the connecting shaft; the blade is rotationally connected in the drying box; and a dust removing pipe is fixedly connected to the drying oven. The present invention has a high stirring efficiency and uniform stirring, and can directly stir a mixed color masterbatch and then dry same without transferring the mixed color masterbatch to other devices for drying, thereby improving the processing effect.
