Abstract:
Disclosed are high-entropy cast iron and a preparation method therefor. The alloy composition of the high-entropy cast iron is CoaCrbFecNidCeXf, wherein X is a trace element, a, b, c, d, e and f are the molar percentages of the corresponding elements, respectively, a > 5%, b > 5%, c > 5%, d > 5%, a + b + c + d > 90%, 0.2% < e < 0.4%, and f ≥ 0%. According to the present invention, a single principal element diagram of original cast iron is expanded into multiple principal elements, such that the matrix structure can be composed of two phases of FCC and a compound or FCC and a graphite phase, and good mechanical properties are obtained. During the alloy design, the positive influences of a trace element on the oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability of an alloy are fully utilized, and the alloy has a good comprehensive performance.
