Abstract:
The present invention enables suppression of jumping of the harmonics of a transmission signal from a transmission circuit compliant with 4G standards or 5G standards to a transmission circuit compliant with 2G standards. A first transmission circuit transmits a first transmission signal of a first frequency band compliant with the 2G standards. A second transmission circuit transmits a second transmission signal of a second frequency band compliant with the 2G standards. The second frequency band is higher than the first frequency band. A bypass terminal (T15) is connected to the output end of the second transmission circuit. A third transmission circuit 130 transmits a third transmission signal of a third frequency band compliant with the 4G standards or the 5G standards. A harmonic frequency of the third transmission signal overlaps the second frequency band. A substrate (5) has a ground layer (52). The ground layer (52) is disposed between a part of the second transmission circuit and a part of the third transmission circuit.
