Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug delivery system for efficient delivery of a drug to the brain. The present invention provides high molecular micelles comprising: a first block copolymer that is composed of a hydrophilic polymer segment and a cationic polyamino acid segment and that can bind to a drug; and a second block copolymer that is composed of a hydrophilic polymer segment and a cationic polyamino acid segment and that can bind to a ligand that binds to a target. The cationic polyamino acid segment of the first block copolymer is a polyamino acid segment comprising: leucine; and a cationic amino acid selected from the group consisting of lysine, ornithine, arginine, homoarginine, histidine, and Asp(DET).
