Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-output-power fuel cell and a preparation method therefor. A gas diffusion layer of a proton exchange membrane fuel cell not only provides a drainage function, but also has an effect on the capability of maintaining discharge of water in a catalyst layer and diffusion of a gas to the catalyst layer; there may be the problem of cell performance degradation under a high current density. In the present invention, silane modified carbon powder, an adhesive, and a dispersing agent are mixed to obtain a microporous layer slurry; and then the microporous layer slurry is compounded with a conductive substrate and drying is carried out, thereby obtaining the gas diffusion layer. The gas diffusion layer has excellent hydrophobic performance and good drainage performance, and in particular improves diffusion of the gas to the catalyst reaction layer, so that a higher current density and higher voltage can be achieved, and the output power of the fuel cell under the high current density is increased.
