Abstract:
An epoxy resin adhesive layer material for road and bridge materials, and a preparation method therefor. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of an epoxy resin, 5-20 parts of a reactive diluent, 1-5 parts of an epoxy silane, 60-90 parts of a liquid curing agent and 10-40 parts of a crystal curing agent. The crystal curing agent is dissolved in the liquid curing agent before curing; during normal-temperature curing, the crystal curing agent is precipitated from the liquid curing agent in a fibrous form; and during high-temperature curing, the crystal curing agent melts and participates in a high-temperature curing reaction. By means of a three-step curing reaction of an epoxy resin adhesive layer material, the crystal curing agent is precipitated in a fibrous form after normal-temperature curing and has the effects of reinforcing and fixing; fibrous crystals are melted and participate in a curing reaction after high-temperature curing; and both the number and size of the fibrous crystals are greatly reduced, such that the toughness of said crystals is maintained while same is reinforced.
