Abstract:
A polypeptide monolayer film having a high surface potential and super-hydrophilicity, a preparation method therefor and use thereof. Said polypeptide is composed of polypeptide molecules having a molecular weight of (1.48 ± 0.2) × 105 g/mol. The thickness of the monolayer film is 13.8 to 14.9 nm. The primary amino exposure on the surface of the film is 12 to 14%. The Zeta potential of the polypeptide monolayer film is -1 to 5 mV. The contact angle of said film is 10 ± 1°. The polypeptide monolayer film, as a surface coating material of a cardiovascular stent, is used for treating cardiovascular diseases. The super-hydrophilic property thereof enables a layer of hydrated film to be formed on the surface of the material, thereby effectively preventing protein adsorption. The high potential at the surface of the polypeptide monolayer film can improve the cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation capacity.
