Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-precision movable robot secondary positioning device (300), comprising an industrial robot base (120), positioners (330, 340, 350), and clamping mechanisms (310, 320), wherein the positioners (330, 340, 350) achieve complete positioning on an industrial robot (100) according to a six-point positioning principle, and the clamping mechanisms (310, 320) enable the base (120) to be tightly clamped towards the positioning faces of the positioners (330, 340, 350). The industrial robot base (120) is provided with a crankshaft (121) corresponding to each of the clamping mechanisms (310, 320), and a driving device on the base (120) drives each crankshaft (121) to rotate, such that the clamping mechanisms (310, 320) can be driven to tightly clamp, firmly lock or rapidly release the base (120). Based on the device (300), by means of interaction with the industrial robot (100) provided with the base (120), positioning, clamping and firm locking of the robot (100) are achieved when the robot (100) is working, such that the rigidity and precision of the industrial robot (100) are improved; and the robot (100) is released when the robot (100) is idle, the robot (100) can be carried on an automated guided vehicle (AGV) (200) to move to a new station, and the working range of the robot (100) is thus widened.
