Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-stiffness pure cotton bleached woven adhesive interlining and a production method thereof. The production method comprises the steps of overturning and sewing greige cloth, singeing, boiling-out, oxygen-bleaching or repeated oxygen-bleaching, tentering, stiffening and anti-shrinking finishing, powder point coating, and quality inspection, among others. The adhesive interlining has a bending strength of greater than or equal to 8 cm, the content of free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde of less than or equal to 200 mg/kg, a warp-weft dimensional variation rate after water-washing of -1.0% to +0.5%, and a weft tearing strength of greater than or equal to 3 N. The present invention is convenient to operate, and the product has excellent performance and fully attains outerwear safety indexes.
