Abstract:
A high-temperature-resistant bearing grid conveying chain, comprising two sets of symmetrically-arranged chain bodies (1). The two sets of chain bodies (1) are arranged at equal intervals in a conveying direction. Outer chain plates (2) are arranged on the inner sides of the two sets of chain bodies (1), and inner chain plates (3) are arranged on the inner sides of the outer chain plates (2). Rollers (7) are arranged between the outer side outer chain plates (2) and the inner chain plates (3). Positioning slots (8) are symmetrically formed in the chain bodies (1), the outer chain plates (2) and the inner chain plates (3). A chain connecting shaft (9) is mounted in each positioning slot (8) in a penetrating mode. Sleeves (6) are sleeved on the tail ends of the two sides of each chain connecting shaft (9) and located on the outer sides of the chain bodies (1). By means of the arrangement of an inner chain link support mechanism partition plate (5), a load-bearing effect can be well achieved, the number of chains can be adjusted as needed to enhance the bearing capacity of the chain. The rollers (7) are sleeved on spacer sleeves (4) to flexibly rotate. Meanwhile, the spacer sleeves (4) are in interference fit with the inner chain plates (3) to form a firm inner chain link, so that the bearing capacity of the network chain is enhanced, and the effect of improving the conveying efficiency of items is achieved.
