Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of hot-melt adhesive films, in particular to a high-temperature-washing-resistant TPU hot-melt adhesive film, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85-100 parts of TPU particles; 18-30 parts of a modified polyester; 5-20 parts of a hydrolysis-resistant auxiliary agent; 3-10 parts of a polyether sulfone powder; 0.1-1 parts of a tackifier; and 0.1-0.5 parts of an inorganic filler. The present invention provides a high-temperature-washing-resistant TPU hot-melt adhesive film with very high tensile strength and weather resistance. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the high-temperature-washing-resistant TPU hot-melt adhesive film. The preparation method is simple in terms of process, and the operation is easy and convenient.
