Abstract:
A single-material all-plastic emulsion pump, comprising a main body (10), a pressing head (20), a cylinder body (30), a one-way liquid outlet mechanism (40), and a tubular spring (50) that are made of a same plastic material. A guide hole (11) is formed inside the main body, and the guide hole communicates two end openings, facing away from each other, of the main body; the pressing head is in inserting connection to an end opening of the main body in a pressable manner, and the pressing head is provided with a liquid outlet passage (21); the cylinder body is in inserting connection to the other end opening of the main body, the cylinder body surrounds the guide hole, and the bottom wall of the cylinder body is provided with a liquid inlet passage (31); the one-way liquid outlet mechanism passes through the guide hole, the one-way liquid outlet mechanism is provided with a guide-in passage (41) and a guide-out passage (42), the guide-out passage and the liquid outlet passage are connected and communicated, and when the pressing head is pressed, the one-way liquid outlet mechanism is used for communicating the guide-in passage and the guide-out passage; the tubular spring is compressed between the one-way liquid outlet mechanism and the bottom wall of the cylinder body, one end of the tubular spring is connected and communicated with the guide-in passage, and the other end of the tubular spring is connected and communicated with the liquid inlet passage; therefore, the entire emulsion pump is made of a same material, and material classification is not required during recycling.
