Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of metal materials, and discloses a high-toughness ultrahigh-strength steel and a manufacturing method therefor, used for solving the problems that existing low-alloy ultrahigh-strength steel is poor in toughness and hardenability. The high-toughness ultrahigh-strength steel is prepared from the following elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.27%-0.35%; Si: 1.10%-1.70%; Mn: 0.70%-1.10%; Cr: 1.00%-1.40%; Ni: 0.10%-0.50%; Mo: 0.05%-0.50%; W: 0.05%-0.10%; Nb: 0.01%-0.04%; and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The steel of the present application is good in obdurability and hardenability.
