Abstract:
A high-wear-resistant and contaminant-free micro powder grinding mill, which relates to the technical field of micro powder processing devices and solves the problem of metal contaminants, comprising a box body (2) a bottom part of which has an opening (1) for air intake. An inner wall of the box body (2) is provided thereon with a ceramic inner liner (7), a pulverization chamber (3) is internally provided with a pulverizing mechanism made from ceramics, and a classification chamber (4) is internally provided with a classifying wheel assembly molded by ceramic monolithic firing. From the entry of raw materials to the discharge of micro powder, material contact portions are each made of wear-resistant ceramics, key vulnerable portions are made of full ceramics, and the remaining contact portions are covered by ceramics, thus improving the wear resistance of parts and eradicating the metal contamination of materials. The pulverizing mechanism and the classifying wheel assembly respectively use an upper driving mechanism and a lower driving mechanism to achieve independent driving and change the original structure of main shafts being sleeved together, thereby reducing the complexity of fabrication and improving the stability of the device while simplifying the mechanical structure.
