Abstract:
A horizontal die-casting machine, comprising an injection system (1), a die-casting system (2), and an injection port driving device (3). The injection system comprises a first injection port (11), a second injection port (12), and a third injection port (13). The die-casting system comprises a fixed mold (211) and a movable mold (212); the fixed mold is provided with a first die-casting hole (2111), a second die-casting hole (2112), and a third die-casting hole (2113); the first injection port is communicated with the first die-casting hole; the second injection port is communicated with the second die-casting hole; the third injection port is communicated with the third die-casting hole; and the movable mold is matched with the fixed mold to implement die-casting. The injection port driving device comprises a first driving device, a second driving device, and a third driving device for respectively driving the first injection port, the second injection port, and the third injection port to move in a plurality of preset directions, and the plurality of preset directions are all perpendicular to an injection direction. According to the die-casting machine, three injection stations are used for feeding, and due to removability of the three injection ports, die-casting of a plurality of parts having different sizes can be implemented while implementing integral die-casting of a lower vehicle body under the conditions of low cost and small area of a production plant.
