Abstract:
A hot-dip galvanization production line-based purification and exhaust apparatus, comprising a reinforced bottom plate (1), side heat insulation plate frames (2), a galvanization bath (3), a heat conduction and conveyance frame structure (4), side splashproof frame structures (5), exhaust hoods (6), a top pipe (7), an adjustable protective frame structure (8), longitudinal rods (9), longitudinal fans (10), side filtration and discharge frame structures (11), a control table (12), a controller (13), and control buttons (14). The side heat insulation plate frames (2) are mounted on the left and right sides of the upper portion of the reinforced bottom plate (1) by means of bolts. The galvanization bath (3) is mounted on the upper middle portion of the reinforced bottom plate (1). The heat conduction and conveyance frame structure (4) is mounted outside the galvanization bath (3). Positioning grooves (83) are formed on the left and right sides of the lower portion of a bottom protective cover (82), thereby facilitating using lifting and lowering cylinders (81) to stretch during use; the bottom protective cover (82) is moved downwards, so that the positioning grooves (83) are sleeved on the upper portions of longitudinal baffles (54) to prevent a gas in the galvanization bath (3) from leaking to the two sides of each longitudinal baffle (54), thereby improving a protective effect for people passing through pedals (53).
