Abstract:
A hot punching online edge cutting mechanism, comprising a rack (200), the rack having disposed thereon an edge cutting mechanism seat (1), the edge cutting mechanism seat having provided thereon a forming area (100), the forming area having disposed therein an edge cutting mold (3), the edge cutting mold having disposed thereon an edge cutting forming through-groove (18) used for cutting and shaping the edge of a component, the edge cutting mold having provided above same an edge cutting top mold (15), the edge cutting top mold being connected to a vertical raising and lowering mechanism (2), the edge cutting mold having provided below same a material output structure (201), and the edge cutting mold having connected thereto a transverse motion mechanism (4) capable of driving the edge cutting mold to move out of the forming area so as to retrieve material. A hot punching machine punching a product at the edge cutting mold of the forming area and being able to shape, at the edge cutting forming through-groove, a product to undergo edge cutting; following punching, the transverse motion mechanism moving the edge cutting mold to a lower side of the edge cutting top mold, the vertical raising and lowering mechanism driving the edge cutting top mold to press down so as to perform edge cutting on the product to undergo edge cutting in the edge cutting forming through-groove, the product which has undergone edge cutting then being ejected out from the edge cutting forming through-groove to the material output structure, completing product ejection; by providing the transverse motion mechanism, the edge cutting mechanism and the hot punching machine can be linked, thus effectively improving the production efficiency of the product.
