The present application provides a hula hoop. The hula hoop comprises a plurality of first connecting assemblies, a second connecting assembly, and a counterweight assembly; the plurality of first connecting assemblies and the second connecting assembly are sequentially and detachably connected end to end to form an annular hula hoop body; two ends of each first connecting assembly are respectively provided with a first connecting member and a second connecting member, and the first connecting member and the second connecting member of two adjacent first connecting assemblies are detachably connected to each other; two ends of the second connecting assembly are respectively provided with a first connecting member and a third connecting member, and the third connecting member is detachably connected to the first connecting member of the adjacent first connecting assembly; each first connecting assembly and the second connecting assembly are each provided with a damping assembly, the damping assemblies are arranged at the inner periphery of the hula hoop body, an annular slideway is arranged on the outer periphery of the hula hoop body, and the counterweight assembly is slidably connected to the slideway. By means of the present application, the hula hoop can fit to the waist sizes and shapes of most users.
