Abstract:
A hybrid automobile (20) in which a temporary limit value Win0 for determining
fuel increment relation is set (S220, S260 or S270) depending on a shift position
SP set at traveling, and fuel injection quantity is incremented according to
first or second OT increment coefficient setting map which is set based on the
input limit Win of a battery (50) and the temporary limit value Win0. Even if there
is the possibility of lifting prohibition on fuel cut based on the input limit
Win from the relation with a demand brake force which is set depending on the shift
position SP during accelerator off, temperature of exhaust gas purification
catalyst can be regulated to suppress degradation of the exhaust gas purification
catalyst when prohibition on fuel cut is lifted and fuel cut is effected, and thereby
degradation of the exhaust gas purification catalyst can be suppressed well
regardless of the set shift position SP.
