Title:
HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR SAFETY DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR DETECTING OPEN-DOOR TRAVEL ABNORMALITY IN HYDRAULIC ELEVATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/013709
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This hydraulic elevator safety device is equipped with an open-door travel prevention device (31), the hydraulic elevator safety device being also equipped with a pressure sensor (46) which detects the pressure value on the hydraulic tank (44) side of a check valve (41) provided in a hydraulic pipe (6). The open-door travel prevention device (31) has a memory, which sequentially stores, as time-series data, the values of the pressure sensor (46) while the elevator is in an open-door state. The open-door travel prevention device (31) determines whether or not the car speed detected in the open-door state is equal to or greater than a preset first threshold. If it is determined that the car speed is the first threshold or more, the open-door travel prevention device (31) calculates the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the time-series data stored in the memory during the period from the present time when the car speed is the first threshold or more to a preset determination time. If the difference exceeds a preset allowable range, the open-door travel prevention device (31) determines that an open-door travel abnormality occurred, and performs car stop processing.
