Abstract:
A hydroelectric power generation system is provided with a control unit (20) that controls a power supply circuit (C) such that the following are carried out: a normal operation in which power is supplied from an electrical grid (5) to prescribed electrical devices (15, 16, 17, 18) provided to a water path (1); and an independent operation in which power generated by a generator (G) is supplied to the electrical devices (15, 16, 17, 18). The control unit (20) causes the independent operation to be executed when a power outage occurs in the electrical grid (5).
