Abstract:
A hydrogen preparation method based on micro-droplets, relating to the technical field of green energy. The hydrogen preparation method comprises: mixing water and a regulator to obtain an aqueous solution, wherein the regulator is selected from one or more of a nano material, a conductive polymer and an inorganic salt having oxidation-reduction properties; inputting the aqueous solution into a micro-droplet generation device to generate micro-droplets, the size of the micro-droplets being less than or equal to 10 μm, and spontaneously generating hydrogen radicals by means of a strong electric field of double electric layers at a gas-liquid interface of the micro-droplets; compounding the hydrogen radicals to generate hydrogen; and collecting the hydrogen or the hydrogen radicals. By means of the strong electric field at the gas-liquid interface of the micro-droplets, H+ in water molecules on the interface of the aqueous solution obtains electrons to form hydrogen radicals, and two hydrogen radicals are compounded to form hydrogen. The preparation process is simple, green and environmentally-friendly, the added regulator can effectively improve the yield of hydrogen, the preparation process is not limited by a catalyst, and different production process requirements can be met.
