Abstract:
A mounting and sealing mechanism of a driving motor (5) of a swimming pool robot, said mechanism comprising a sealing housing (1) and a driving motor (5). Sealing fixing bases (3) are integrally provided on two sides of the sealing housing (1), sealing pieces (4) are mounted on outer sides of the sealing fixing bases (3), and sealing slots (31) for mounting sealing strips are provided in the sealing fixing bases (3) or the sealing pieces (4). A sealing cavity (44) for mounting an oil seal is provided in the middle of each sealing piece (4). The driving motor (5) is mounted inside of the sealing housing (1), and a motor output shaft (6) of the driving motor (5) runs through the sealing housing (1) and the sealing pieces (4). The sealing pieces (4) are extruded and fixed in the sealing fixing bases (3) and are each fixed by means of a bolt hole (43), so that the bottoms of circular fixing bases (41) abut against the sealing strips mounted in the sealing slots (31), a closed space is formed inside of the sealing fixing bases (3), and a large amount of lubricating oil is filled in the sealing cavities (44) to form the oil seals, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing and effectively preventing water leakage.
