Abstract:
A hydrophobic aluminum nitride powder according to the present invention has a hydrophobicity of 1-45 and is characterized in that: the content of carbon derived from a hydrophobizing agent is in the range of 0.1-0.5 mass%; and the hydrophobizing agent is a silane compound.
