Abstract:
Provided in one embodiment of the present invention is a hydropower generation apparatus comprising: a water turbine (200) having blades (220) having variable pitch angles (PAs); a blade control means (300) for varying the PAs of the blades (220) according to the flow rate of water; a rotor (400) disposed in an area around the water turbine (200), and connected to the front end portions of the blades (220) by a ball joint (430) or a universal joint; and a stator (500) disposed in an area around the rotor (400), thereby enabling power generation efficiency (power generation amount) to be maintained at a constant level at all times without great change, and enabling compact formation while being overall simple and lightweight.
