Abstract:
Disclosed are a hyperbranched modified nano-material and a hyperbranched water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer, and preparation methods therefor and applications thereof. In the present application, a hyperbranched modified polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) material is introduced into the water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer to obtain the hyperbranched water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer. A hyperbranched structure of the hyperbranched water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer of the present application enables the viscosity reducer to have a good anti-coalescence capability; polymerization monomers of the viscosity reducer use both an anionic surfactant monomer (AOS) having relatively strong dispersing properties and a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant monomer having relatively strong emulsifying properties, so that the viscosity reducer has good emulsifying and dispersing capabilities; and an inner salt is formed by means of zwitterionic potential counteracting, so that the salt resistance of the viscosity reducer is improved. The hyperbranched water-soluble heavy oil viscosity reducer adapts to high-temperature and high-salt oil reservoir conditions, and has remarkable emulsification and viscosity reduction capabilities.
