Abstract:
Provided are a measurement device and method based on an ultrasound image, and a medium and an electronic device. The device comprises: an ultrasound image acquisition module, which is used for acquiring a target ultrasound image; a graduation key point acquisition module, which is used for acquiring graduation key points in the target ultrasound image; a scale acquisition module, which is used for acquiring a scale of the target ultrasound image according to a map distance and an actual distance between the graduation key points; a target object detection module, which is used for detecting a target object in the target ultrasound image; an object dimension measurement module, which is used for acquiring the actual dimensions of the target object according to a map dimension of the target object and the scale; and a superimposition display module, which is used for displaying, in a superimposed manner and in the target ultrasound image, the graduation key points, the scale, a target object detection result, and/or the actual dimensions of the target object. By means of the device, the actual dimensions of a target object can be automatically acquired, and manual involvement is basically not needed during the process, such that the efficiency is relatively high.
