Abstract:

This invention relates to an ice making system (50) provided with a refrigerant circuit (60) which runs a vapor compression refrigeration cycle, a circulation circuit (70) of a solution which is to be cooled by the refrigerant circuit (60), and a control device (80) which controls the evaporation temperature of the refrigerant in the refrigerant circuit (60). The circulating circuit (70) includes a solution flow path (12A) of an ice generator 1, a solution tank (8) for storing the solution, and a pump (9) for feeding the solution into the solution flow path (12A). The refrigerant circuit (60) includes an evaporator (20) of the ice generator 1, a compressor (2), a condenser (3), and an expansion valve (5). The control device (80) has a control unit (81), and the higher the solute concentration of the solvent, the lower the control unit (81) reduces the evaporation temperature of the evaporator (20).
